Qualitative outcomes:
Provide you with an understanding of the following:
How your current diet impacts glucose metabolics + proposed improvements.
How your current lifestyle/training regime impacts glucose metabolics + proposed improvements.
Glyecemic index/glycemic load.
Glucose/insulin metabolics.
Quantitative outcomes:
Improvements in Hb1ac.
Improvements in HOMA IR.
Consultancy prerequisites
Compulsory prerequisites:
Fill out our client information form (one month overview of your diet, exercise regime and basic lifestyle questions).
List of current medications.
Provide us with the following documentation:
Hba1c readings from at least 3 months.
At least 1 month of blood sugar monitor readings.
Optional prerequisites:
HOMA IR results from the past 3 months.
Consultancy service (item code: GR001) overview and fees:
Initial consultation (30 minutes) - An open discussion to ask questions and clarify any information.
Review consultation (capped at 2 hours) - During this consultation your NBR will be reviewed and the agreed upon consultancy outcomes will be worked towards.

3 month of ongoing support with a 30min weekly check in consultation to track the service expectations and outcomes.
Final consultation to review quantitative/qualitative outcomes at month 3.
Consultation fee: $400AUD (this does not include any third party diagnostic testing).
