Contraindications of foods/supplements consumed in your diet + proposed improvements.

Consultancy prerequisites
Compulsory prerequisites:
Fill out our client information form (one month overview of your diet, training/competition schedule and basic lifestyle questions).
List of current medications.
Sex: Male.
Consultancy service (item code: SNAR001) overview and fees:
Initial consultation (30 minutes) - An open discussion to ask questions and clarify any information.
Review consultation (capped at 2 hours) - During this consultation your NBR will be reviewed and the agreed upon consultancy outcomes will be worked towards.
Personal phone number and Email contact from 6:00-22:00 ACST.
3 months of ongoing support with a 30min weekly check in consultation to track the service expectations and outcomes.
Final consultation to review quantitative/qualitative outcomes at month 3.
